mit map and guide Trucknavigator keine chance das das teil länger als eine stunde funktioniert.
Habe zweitgerät auch versucht aber selbes Problem deshalb wird es wieder zurückgeschickt

(plus bas version Française)
Good product for a free range use (ie: on the roof of the car) :
- quick synchronisation and good sensibility (6 satellites with good signal near Paris)
- quick resynchronisation after signal loss
But not so good for an inside the car use; it doesn?t like the athermal windshield of my Renault Scenic phase 1;
- a lot of signal loss (every 120 seconds under the windshield or near lateral windows on a clear zone)
- important error position (always 50 meters on the side of the road with Navigator V7-8-9 and Microsoft Autoroute 2006-2007)
Plus :
- quick synchronisation and good sensibility (6 to 8 satellites with good signal)
- quick re-synchronisation after signal loss
Minus :
- not waterproof (so no roof position during watery days).
- the jack 3.5 connector directly on the GPS body -> it should have been better to have it on a separate 50-80cm cable coming from the PS2 connector ( that could allow the body to become waterproof).
- magnetical bottom a little weak and no rubber pad to avoid car paint scratching.
- Port splitter like ?Xport? doesn?t work well with this GPS; you can?t find GPS signal on the duplicated port with Navigator V7-8-9, iCT and Microsoft Autoroute 2006-2007 (but surprisingly the test software works fine on the duplicated port).
- For now I wasn?t able to make the TMC work with Navigator V7-8-9 in France (on the highway free service at 107.7 MHz).
- The big ?GPS? inscribed on the top of the body -> not discrete enough to leave it on the car?s roof or on the dashboard without the risk of getting it stolen (and a window broken).

Bon produit pour une utilisation dégagée (par ex: sur le toit de la voiture)
- synchronisation rapide et bonne sensibilité (6 satellites avec un bon signal en région Parisienne)
- re-synchronisation rapide après une perte de signal
Mais produit moins bon pour une utilisation dans la voiture ; il n?aime pas le pare-brise athermique de mon Renault Scénic phase 1 ;
- 3 satellites visibles max
- beaucoup de perte de signal (toutes les 120 seconde sous le pare-brise ou à côté d?une vitre latérale et en zone dégagée)
- une erreur de position importante (toujours 50m sur le côté de la route avec Navigator V 7-8-9 et Microsoft Autoroute 2006-2007)
Plus :
- synchronisation rapide et bonne sensibilité (6 à 8 satellites avec un bon signal)
- re-synchronisation rapide après une perte de signal
Moins :
- pas waterproof (donc pas de position sur le toit durant les jours humides)
- la prise jack 3.5 directement sur le corps du GPS -> il aurait été mieux d?avoir le jack partant de la prise PS2 sur un câble séparé de 50-80cm (cela permettrait de rendre le GPS waterproof)
- la base magnétique est un peu faible et pas de patin en gomme pour éviter de rayer la peinture de la voiture.
- Les programmes de clonage de port GPS comme « Xport » fonctionne mal avec ce GPS ; il n?est pas possible d?avoir le signal GPS sur les ports clonés avec Navigator V 7-8-9, iCT et Microsoft Autoroute 2006-2007.
- Pour le moment je n?ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner le TMC avec Navigator V7-8-9 en France (avec le service gratuit de l?autoroute sur 107.7MHz).
- le gros "GPS" gravé sur le dessus du corps du GPS -> pas assez discret pour le laisser sur le toit de la voiture ou sur le tableau de bord sans courir le risque de se le faire voler (et une vitre cassée)

ich weiss nicht...hab den empfänger nun schon bei 3 laptops in verbindung mit trucknavigator 6 ausprobiert! anfangs funktionierte er immer einwandfrei und dann beendete er seine funktion...bis hin zum systemabsturz!!! ich habe aber die vermutung das das problem eher beim trucknavigator liegt weil wenn ich den empfänger mit automapa laufen lasse gibt es die probleme nicht!
